ARTIST PROFILE

Essex based Artist and Photographer Hannah Wilkins Focuses her practice on "Absurd" ideas inviting her audience to immerse themselves into a world of possibilities. Wilkins' past installations have used light, sound and scale to encourage the audience to explore the details and submerge themselves in the unique atmosphere of her work. Studying at South Essex College BA FINE ART, Wilkins has explored her practice leading her to animation. Her latest collection has been based on the Theme "Neon" and is currently exploring commercialism through mega companies. Wilkins aims to spark conversation and debate among her audience while tackling poignant topics using humour and theatrics. She is consistently experimenting with new techniques to support her ever evolving body of work.
